In 2023, Pathaan, an exiled RAW agent, receives a call from Major Nandini Grewal, who urgently informs him about Jim's sinister plan to unleash a deadly virus on India. Determined to put an end to this threat, Pathaan joins forces with ISI agent Rubina Mohsin.

Their mission takes them to a terrorist camp in Afghanistan, where Pathaan and his team manage to capture Jim. However, their victory is short-lived as Jim cunningly escapes their clutches.

Undeterred, Pathaan and Rubina continue their pursuit of Jim, tracking him to Spain. There, they discover that Jim is collaborating with a group of scientists to develop the virus. With their combined skills and determination, they successfully prevent Jim from releasing the virus, but he manages to slip away once again.

Not willing to let Jim escape justice, Pathaan and Rubina follow his trail back to India. They learn that he plans to unleash the virus during a crucial science conference. Time is running out, and the stakes are higher than ever.

Will Pathaan and Rubina be able to stop Jim and save India from this deadly threat? The clock is ticking, and the fate of the nation hangs in the balance.
